When I started using the ionic foot bath a few years ago there were only a few websites that sold them. Now, if you look Online, you'll see pages and pages of them. Go to any of them and you will see evidence of hundreds of people. You will notice that seems to have different results person to person.
When it comes to bath ionic foot detox, you have your Nay Sayers and your faithful. I am a believer because of my own experience of their use. I do not know about others, I can only say with certainty what he did for me and in a short period of time.
I saw my foot bath at the clinic and had the typical response to the shock of dirty water. I could not believe that Muck everything that could leave the body of a person. After seeing again and again, I was still skeptical. But I do find it strange that the color of the water was not the same for everyone. Brown was most frequently dark. My husband found a site that had a great and I bought a foot bath for the family. It was completely skeptical but then again, he had not seen all these foot baths that I observed. I wanted to see what he could do for me. At the time I suffered from arthritis that was painful and disabling. Because the foot baths were so new at the time, we bought one, I do not know what to expect.
I started my sessions twice a week and noticed after several sessions of how I felt and how I was right Alert after completing a foot bath. I also realized that my arthritis pain was diminished and more range of motion. I had not changed anything I did except for foot baths. Boy did I become excited. Well, no we can say that the foot bath did not work! I really do not know if I detoxed, but I know my pain disappeared.
During these weeks, I using the machine, I decided to do an experiment. I did a full session without feet in the water. I was surprised to see a significant change in color of the water. Huh! I brought my husband to have a look. The water was definitely dirty. But only I was to clean the tub I noticed something. When I do a foot bath with a thin viscous film floating on the top spots on the side of the tub. With my experience the water, he was absent. Interesting! Apparently, there is always some discoloration of water due to electrolysis and minerals in water, and possibly other commands in the body with both feet in the tub.
I think my point in all this is that if you believe or not it works depends entirely on what it does or does not for you. If you've never been interested in trying a foot bath, there are many chiropractors, spas and beauty salons that can help you get started. But give him a chance and do more than just one session. It took several months before real change occurs. If it does nothing to stop you there. But if you are getting results, what ever that might be for you, then keep going. You never know what changes may be in store for you!
In passing, it is 3 years later and my arthritis never returned. Alleluia!
