Coil heaters using metal coils in the heater, which are triggered by infrared wavelengths to produce heat. They are also called "Fan Forced" heaters. Halogen based heaters are the latest style on the market. These are the most efficient of all heating appliances and are based on the same technology as efficient halogen bulb. This technology allows for increased comfort compared to older furnaces, for heat arises immediately - just as if you were to walk in the sun on a cold winter day.
